The past will certainly come back to haunt me.  I'm sure there's a way around it, but getting an apartment requires a credit check.  I'm screwed.  I have credit. Bad credit.  I don't own a credit card and refuse to get one.  I have sick amounts of money owed to the hospital and doctor office.  I rarely get sick. Avoid going even when it's necessary. I know I don't have the money to pay them.  Sometimes, I have to go.  The mammogram was important.  Too bad the initial ultrasound took an hour longer than initally planned. And the first mammogram wasn't strong enough. They sent me thru a second time to get my boobs blasted. Fun. Squishy.  Then there was the follow up consultation with a surgeon about the mass.  He was kinda creepy.

Ok, there are a couple magazine subscriptions that have gone delinquent, but I did return the first bill with cancel scrawled over the top. I swear.  It's not my fault they chose to send 4 mag's all at once [or maybe they and the bill were delayed - I've yet to figure it out] after the initial free issue.

Caught the tail end of some program on television; particular story was about people paying $300 a month to rent a car.  Apparently, there's a service out there [will find the appropriate links/articles later] where people can pay to drive someone else's car.  They said on average a car is sitting unused for 23H every day.  With their service, people call up or go online [dude! you're gettin' a Dell] to reserve a car for whatever amount of time.  Price includes full detailing [cleaning it out including all crevases], parking cost, insurance and gasoline.

Terrific idea!  Cuts down on the amount of traffic and nasty exhaust, since 'everybody' has to own a car and don't seem to carpool as much these days.

Made me wonder if there's a similar service for apartments.  Well, yeah! It's subletting.  Must check into agencies, cost, requirements, etc.

I didn't take my Paxil today.

Maybe I'll remember tomorrow's dose.

The apartment dan has up is KEY!  It was the first thing I saw when I clicked to join Xanga.  I got all excited and messaged Jenna to check it out.  Too bad it's currently out of our price range.  Oh well.  Back to searching for apartments and contemplating life.

Don't quite know what I'll end up putting here.  I have a site that essentially does this, and more.  Sure seemed like a good idea a few hours ago.

Xanga is a fabulous idea, great customisation, but it's not like I'm in great need of another username/password to remember [see above for addition reason why].
